Booth Rentals

Booth rentals are available by the square foot to dealers with business licenses. Rentals are priced by the square foot. Booth sizes are 10 ft. x 10 ft. and up. Several booths can be combined as needed to accommodate your requirements. Showcases are also available for rent. Our lease runs for 6 months and then month to month. Antiquer's Mall provides its dealers with a professionally managed environment for the most attractive and effective display of antiques and collectibles for sale. We require all merchandise to be legitimate goods of the antique trade. All sales are conducted by the house with a percentage collected in commission. An automated sales system is employed which records the sales and computes all necessary tax, commission, and dealer payment information. Dealers are provided with detailed reports of sales along with their proceeds of sales twice monthly. The house provides utilities, housekeeping for the common areas, sales staff, advertising as it deems appropriate, security services, and other management services as appropriate.
